At The Willows Collective Preschool, we understand that starting French Immersion in Junior Kindergarten is an exciting milestone but it can also feel daunting for many families and children. While The Willows Collective is not a full bilingual immersion program, we incorporate early French language exposure through engaging, play-based activities such as music, stories, visual imagery, and movement. This approach gently builds your child’s familiarity and confidence with French, setting the stage for a smooth and successful transition into French Immersion school programs.

Because we keep our groups intentionally small, just five children, we are able to customise how much French your child experiences based on your family’s goals and preferences. Whether you want a light introduction or a more immersive experience, our curriculum is flexible and responsive, supporting each child’s individual pace and learning style.

With over a decade of experience teaching both English and French Immersion Kindergarten since 2013, we bring firsthand knowledge of what it takes for children to thrive in French Immersion environments.
